EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 537] NEW DEL HI, WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2023/BHADRA 29 , 194 5 CG-DL-E-21092023-248859 CG-DL-E-21092023-248859 CG-DL-E-21092023-248859 (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) क ु ल 01 0.0764 क ु ल 02 0.8100 क ु ल 26 7.6972 क ु ल 02 0.0120 MINISTRY OF STEEL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th September, 2023 G.S.R. 679. —Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in public interest that for the transportation of iron slurry from Bailadila to Nagarnar area [National Min eral Development Corporation Limited, Pellet Plant, Nagarnar] slurry pipeline and water pipeline with optical fiber cable have to be laid in the State of Chhattisgarh by the National Mineral Development Corporation Limited; And whereas, for the purpose of laying such pipelines it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land, described in the Schedule annexed to this notification, under which such pipeline proposed to be laid; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 3 read with sub -section (1) of section 5 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the rig ht of user therein.
