L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-02072026-273993 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3384] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2026/ ASADHA 10, 1948 4871 GI/2026 MINISTRY OF STEEL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th June, 2026 S.O. 3519(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3, 4, 15A and 15B of the Collection of Statistics Act, 2008 (7 of 2009) read with rules 5 and 7 of the Collection of Statistics Rules, 2024, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Steel, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S. 0. 1868 (E), dated the 25th April, 2025, namely:- In the said notification, in clause (a), in the Table, - i. against serial number 1 relating to statistics officer, in column 2 under the heading “Designation with address and e-mail", for the words and brackets "Deputy Director (Statistics Division)", the words and brackets "Joint Director (Statistics Division) or Deputy Director (Statistics Division)" shall be substituted; ii. against serial number 2 relating to adjudicating officer, in column 2 under the heading “Designation with address and e-mail", for the words and brackets "Deputy Director (Statistics Division)", the words and brackets "Joint Director (Statistics Division) or Deputy Director (Statistics Division)" shall be substituted.
