NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th April, 2025
PNGRB/Com/10-NGPLTariff(9)/2022(E-4124).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (t) of sub-
section (2) of section 61 and power conferred under clause (e) of section 11 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas
Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the
following regulations further to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural
Gas Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.
(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural
Gas Pipeline Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas Pipeline Tariff) Regulations,
2008,
(a) In Schedule C, after the words, “Hazira Ankleshwar Natural Gas Pipeline System", at the end the
following shall be inserted, namely:—

following shall be inserted, namely: -
