NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th March, 2025
S.O. 1459(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial
and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the
following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs,
Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, vide number S.O. 371(E), dated
the 8th February, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), namely:—
In the said notification,-
(a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the figures, letters and words "by 31st March, 2025", the figures,
letters and words "by 30th June, 2025" shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the figures, letters and words "by 31st March, 2025", the figures,
letters and words "by 30th June, 2025" shall be substituted.
