NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st July, 2026
S.O. 4302(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Tribunals Reform
Act, 2021 and the Rule 3(12) of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021 and with the approval of the
Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) conveyed by the Department of Personnel and Training vide
communication no 9/17/2022-EO(SM-II) dated 25.07.2026, the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of the
following Members of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), with effect from
05.08.2026 and upto 08.09.2026, or until attaining the age of 67 years, or until further orders, whichever is the
earliest:

The terms and conditions of these appointments shall be regulated in terms of the provisions of the Tribunals

issued by the Central Government from time to time.
