NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th December, 2023
S.O. 5476(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (4) of section 3 of the National Trust for the
Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 (44 of 1999),
the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of Government of India in the
Ministry of So cial Justice and Empowerment (Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities) number
S.O. 5380(E) dated the 17th November, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, section -3, sub -
section (ii), namely: -
2. In the sai d notification, for serial number 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,
namely: -
“10. Mr. Avelino Nicolau de - Member
La Casita, H. No. 482 (Representative from Association
Opposite Vrindavan Medical Centre Miramar of Persons with Disabilities – Cerebral
Panjim, Goa 403001. Palsy).”.
3. The member spe cified above shall hold office of the Board of the National Trust from the date of publication
of this Gazette Notification till 16th November, 2025 (the date from which the term of other members of Board expires
or till he attains the age of sixty five ye ars, whichever is earlier.
