Joint Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education; 5. Joint Secretary, Department of Rural Development, Ministry of Rural Development; 6. Ms. Jaya Elizabeth Mathew, #54, Bethlehem, 3rd cross, Kaveri Enclave, 9th cross, Kanshiram nagar, Lakshmipura, Vidyaranyapura PO. - Bangalore-560097 (representing disability caused due to chronic neurological conditions); 7.
