DRAFT RULES 1. Short title and extent. - (1) These rules may be called the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Rights of Persons with Disabi lities Rules, 2017, in rule (15), in sub -rule (1), after clause (k), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: - “(l) Guidelines on accessibility of Indian railway stations and facilities at stations for differently abled persons (Divyangjan) and pass engers with reduced mobility as specified in the notification of the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, vide notification number F.No.2019/Stn.Dev. -I/03/06/Policy/PwDs, dated the 13th November, 2023.” [F.
