New Delhi, the 26th March, 2025
S.O. 1436(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (3) of section 3 of the
Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992 (34 of 1992), and in supersession of the earlier notification number
S.O. 333(E) dated 24th January, 2024, to the extent that it relates to the appointment of Dr. K.S. Rana as a member of
the Rehabilitation Council of India, the Central Government hereby removes the following person from the membership
of the Rehabilitation Council of India with immediate effect:
Removed under clause (i) of sub-section (3) of section 3:
