DRAFT RULES 1. Short title and extent.- (1) These rules may be called the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017, in rule (15), in sub-rule (1), after clause (1), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- "(m) Sector wise Standards/Guidelines for MHA specific Built Infrastructure and Associated Services as specified in the notification of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, vide number F.
