Short title and commencement. -(1) These rules may be called the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehous es(Second Amen dment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Registration of Warehouses Rules, 2017, in rule 5, for the proviso, th e following proviso shall be substituted, namely: - “Provided that till 25th October, 2025, no applicant shall be liable to pay application fee for registration or renewal of warehouses storing only agricultural goods.” [F.
