2177 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1441] NEW DELHI, THURS DAY , MARCH 21, 2024 /CHAITRA 1, 194 6 CG-DL-E-21032024-253283 MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT (Department of Social Justice and Empowerment) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 21st March, 2024 S.O. 1510(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -sections (1) and (2) of section 29 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (25 of 2013), the Central Government vide notification number S.O. 3338(E) dated 26.07.2023 amended the notification number S.O.89(E), dated the 13th January, 2014, published in the Ga zette of India, Extraordinary, Part –II, section 3, sub -section (ii), and Shri Ravindra Pradhan, was nominated as Member, Central Monitoring Committee (CMC). Now, Central Government has decided for removal of Shri Ravindra Pradhan, from the post of Member, CMC. Accordingly, entry of Shri Ravindra Pradhan at serial No.(vi) of sub -para (i) of Notification dated 26.07.2023 is deleted with immediate effect. [F.
