5948 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3620] NEW DELHI, WEDNES DAY , SEPTEMBER 18 , 2024 /BHADRA 27, 194 6 CG-DL-E-19092024-257237 MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION (Department of Food and Public Distribution) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th September , 2024 S.O. 3959(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Ser vices) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8th February, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub -section (ii), namely : - In the said notification, - (a) in paragraph 1, in sub -paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 30th September, 2024”, the words, figures and letters “by 31st December, 2024” shall be substituted; (b) in paragraph 2, in sub -paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 30th September, 2024”, the words, figures and letters “by 31st December, 2024” shall be substituted.
