NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th August, 2025
S.O. 3793(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 29 of the Prohibition
of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (25 of 2013), the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social
Justice and Empowerment, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment number S.O. 89(E), dated the 13th January,
2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-
1.
In the said notification, in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph G, for item number (vi), the following item number and
the entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(vi) Shri Sanjeev Both".
2.
The term of office of the member nominated shall be for a period of three years from the date of publication of
this notification.
