7790 GI/202 3 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 5138] NEW DELHI, MOND AY, DECEMBER 18, 2023/ AGRAHAYANA 27, 1945 CG-DL-E-18122023-250743 MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION (Department of Food and Public Distribution ) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1 8th December , 2023 S.O. 5367(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following furth er amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, published vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8th February, 2017, namely : - In the said notification, - (a) in paragraph 1, in sub -paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 31st December, 2023”, the words, figures and letters “by 31st March, 2024” shall be substituted; (b) in paragraph 2, in sub -paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 31st December, 2023”, the words, figures and letters “by 31st March, 2024” shall be substituted.
