EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY (1) (2) (3) No. 414] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2023/ASHADHA 27, 194 5 CG-DL-E-18072023-247412 (1) (2) (3) MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18 th July, 2023 G.S.R. 520(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 18 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Personnel and Training, Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Pensions published in the Gazet te of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (i), vide number G.S.R. 610(E), dated the 26th July, 1985, namely : — In the Table to the said notification, - (a) for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - S. No. Bench Jurisdiction of the Bench (1) (2) (3) “1. Principal Bench (New Delhi) (i) National Capital territory of Delhi; (ii) State of Uttarakhand”; (b) for serial number 3 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: -:- S. No. Bench Jurisdiction of the Bench (1) (2) (3) “3. Allahabad Bench State of Uttar Pradesh excluding the Districts mentioned against serial number 4 under the jurisdiction of Lu cknow Bench”. [F.
