8148 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 5040] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY , DECEMBER 17, 2024 / AGRAHAYANA 26, 1946 CG-DL-E-17122024-259469 MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT (Department o f Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities ) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th December, 2024 S.O. 5447(E).––In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 5(2) of the National Trust Rules 2000 and 4(7) of the National Trust Regulation 2001, the Central Government hereby amends the above Rules and Regulations of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities) for enhancement of sitting fee from Rs.1,000/ - to Rs. 4,000/ - for each day for the non -official Members for attending the Board Meeting and Rs. 1,000/ - to Rs. 2,500/ - for each day for a person or a professional invited to attend Sub -committee Meetings in addition to the Travelling Allowance/Dearness Allowance as may be admissible as per Central Government rules from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
