No. PNGRB/Com/13-Reg(1)/2023 Part-2 (E-5763).—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (t) of sub-section (2) of section 61 and power conferred under clause (e)(ii) of section 11 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas Pipeline Tariff) Third Amendment Regulations, 2025. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008, - (a) in Schedule C,- (i) in S. No.1, under the head of Pipeline Name, after the words, "b) Trombay Sub Network", the following shall be inserted at the end, namely: - "Srikakulam Angul Natural Gas Pipeline* Mumbai Nagpur Jharsuguda Natural Gas Pipeline" ANJAN KUMAR MISHRA, Secy. The principal regulations, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Natural Gas Pipeline Tariff) Regulations, 2008, was published in Gazette of India, Part II, Sec. 3(i) on 20th November, 2008, vide G.S.R. 807(E). 2.
