1931 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1289] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY , MARCH 14, 2024 /PHALGUNA 24, 1945 CG-DL-E-15032024-253025 MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION [Department of Food and Public Distribution] NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th March, 2024 S.O. 1355 (E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8th February, 2017 published in the Gazette of India, Ex traordinary, Part II, section 3, sub -section (ii), namely : - In the said notification, - (a) in paragraph 1, in sub -paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 31st March, 2024 ”, the words, figures and letters “by 30th June, 2024” shall be subst ituted; (b) in paragraph 2, in sub -paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 31st March, 2024 ”, the words, figures and letters “by 30th June, 2024 ” shall be substituted.
