Furthermore, the regulations pertaining to the Commission's authority, procedural aspects, and annual reports will continue to be governed by paragraphs 3 and 5-7 of Resolution No. 17015/18/2003-SCD-VI dated September 9, 2004, and its composition will remain as notified in Resolution No. 17015/1/2017-RI Cell dated July 13, 2018.

The terms of reference of the Commission will continue to be the same as notified in the Resolution No.17015/17/2008-RIC dated 02.03.2009. The Commission will continue to perform the functions as mentioned in Section 31(1) of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013. The provisions regarding its power, procedural matters and Annual Reports will continue to be governed by para 3 and 5-7 of the Resolution No.17015/18/2003-SCD-VI dated 09.09.2004 and composition will continue to be the same as notified in the Resolution No. 17015/1/2017-RI Cell dated 13.07.2018.
