Special Secretary/Additional Secretary/Joint Secretary, -Member Department of Consumer Affairs, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi. 2. Special Secretary/Additional Secretary and Financial Adviser, - Member Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi. 3. Additional Secretary/Joint Secretary, -Member Department for Promotion of Industry and I nternal Trade, Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi. b) Representatives from the State Government and the Union Territories : 4. Minister -in-charge of the Department having administrative -Member control over quality and standards of State of Uttarakhand. 5. Minister -in-charge of the Department having administrative -Member control over quality and standards of State of Bihar. 6. Minister -in-charge of the Department having administrative -Member control over quality and standards of State of Gujarat. 7. Minister -in-charge of the Department having administrative -Member control over quality and standa rds of State of Andhra Pradesh. 8. Minister -in-charge of the Department having ad ministrative -Member control over quality and standards of State of Assam. 2. Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Secretary, Department of Consumer Affair s and Director General, Bureau of Indian Standards will hold their positions in the Governing Council of the Bureau of Indian Standards on ex -officio basis. 3 Remaining members of the Governing Council of the Bureau of Indian Standards would be appoi nted in due course.
