(1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Amendment Regulations, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Offici al Gazette. 2. In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1 958, in Schedule II, for item 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted , namely: - “6. All Group ‘ A’ and Group ‘ B’ posts in pay level up to level 13A in the Pay Matrix filled by the method of deputation or deputation (including short term contract) ”. [F.
