The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) issued Notification G.S.R. 545(E) on 12th August, 2025, from New Delhi. This notification is in compliance with the order dated 21.02.2017 of the Ld. CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi, in OA No 3122 of 2015. The Central Government, through this notification, partially modifies Notification G.S.R. 819(E) dated 28th August, 2018 [File No.11031/02/2016-AIS-II (B)], issued by the same Ministry. Specifically, it substitutes the text in Para 1 (2) with: 'They shall come into force w.e.f. 12.03.2015.' The notification is signed by BHUPINDER PAL SINGH, Under Secretary.
