CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No 3122 of 2015, partially modifies the previous Notification G.S.R. 818(E) dated 28th August, 2018 [File No.11031/02/2016-AIS-II (A)]. Specifically, Para 1 (2) of the earlier notification is substituted with the text: "They shall come into force w.e.f. 12.03.2015.".
