EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( i) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 518] NEW DEL HI, MON DAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2023/ BHADRA 20, 194 5 CG-DL-E-11092023-248636 MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 6th September, 2023 G.S.R. 659 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) read with clause (d) of sub - section(2) of section 27 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Information Commission, Group ‘A’ posts (Under Secretary, Senior Principal Private Secretary and Pri ncipal Private Secretary) Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely: - (1) These rules may be called the Central Information Commission, Group ‘A’ posts (Under Secretary, Senior Principal Private Secretary and Principal Private Secretary) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2 023. (2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Schedule to the Central Information Commission, Group ‘A’ posts (Under Secretary, Senior Principal Private Secretary and Principal Private Secretary) R ecruitment Rules, 2016, against serial number 1 relating to the post of Under Secretary in column(11), under the sub -heading ‘Promotion’, after Note 2, the following Note shall be inserted, namely: - “Note 3. -The eligibility service shall continue to be s ix years for persons holding the feeder posts on regular basis.” [F.
