(1) These regulations may be called the Unio n Public Service Commission (Members) Amendment Regulations, 202 3. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Union Public Service Commis sion (Members) Regulations,1969 , in regulation 8, sub-Regulation (3) shall be omitted. [No. 39019/ 16/2022 -Estt.(B) ] MANOJ KUMAR DWIVEDI , Addl. Secy.
