NOTIFICAION
New Delhi, the 11th March, 2025
G.S.R. 170(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of
2002), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Haj Committee Rules,
2002, namely:--
at rule 25 (2) as under;
(i) in clause (a), for the words and figures "amount exceeding Rs 2,500 but not exceeding Rs. 50,000", the
words and figures “amount exceeding Rs. 5,00,000 but not exceeding Rs. 10,00,000” shall be substituted;
(ii) in clause (b), for the words and figures "amount exceeding Rs. 50,000" the words and figures "amount
exceeding Rs. 10,00,000” shall be substituted;
(2) This shall come into force on the date of publication in the official Gazette.
