In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3,4,5,6 and 8 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002(35 of 2002), the Central Government. hereby appoints Mr. Md. Eijaz Mohiuddin Md. Wahiduddin Deshmukh Member, Maharashtra State Haj Committee as a member of Haj Committee of India under sub-section (ii), of section,4 of the said Act, for a period up to 31St March 2025 with effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Minority Affairs number S.O. 1564(E), dated the 1st April 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extra Ordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the1St April 2022, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number 11 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely:- "11. Mr.Md.Eijaz Mohiuddin Md. Wahiduddin Desnmukh Mahatab Manzil, Near Aqsa Masjid, New Shaheensha Nagar. Barshi, Beed-431122. Member;". [F. No. HAJ-11/4/2021-HAJ-MoMA-Part(1)] CPS BAKSHI, Jt. Secy.
