Union Home Secretary – Member [representative of all UTs in respect of IAS/IPS] 2) Director General of Forest and Special Secretary – Member [representative of all UTs in respect of IFS] 3) Chief Secretary, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh – Member 4) Chief Secretary, Govt. of Goa – Member 5) Chief Secretary, Govt. of Mizoram – Member 6) Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT of Delhi – Special Invitee 7) Chief Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir – Special Invitee 8) Chief Secretary, Puducherry – Special Invitee 9) Joint Secretary (UT)/Additional Secretary (UT), MHA – Convener in respect of IAS/IPS. 10) Joint Secretary (Indian Forest Service Division)/ Inspector General of Forest (Indian Forest Service Division), MoEF&CC- Convener in respect of IFS." The Joint Cadre Authority of Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram-Union Territories Cadre was notified vide Notification No.13013/1/89- AIS(I) dated 3-4-89, GSR No.919(E) dated 11-12-1992 and Notification No.11026/2/94-AIS-II dated 25.04.1995 [GSR No.361(E)].
