No. 103/Rules/DHC, dated 30th October 2023), issued by the High Court of Delhi under Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 (Act 26 of 1966) read with Sections 122 and 129 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, amends Rule 1 of Part B of Chapter 3 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume V, by inserting a new Serial No. 4A between existing entries 4 and 5, specifying that appeals relating to the Appellate Tribunal under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 shall be heard by a Bench of two Judges. The amendment takes effect from the date of publication in the Gazette.
