No. DHE-D011/1/2026-GGSIPUBranch/325644.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of Section 4 of The Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby constitutes the following Admission Regulatory Committee for the purpose to regulate the procedure of admission in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the functions assigned to it in the Act, namely: 1. Sh. Yogender Chaudhry, IRS (Retired) - Chairperson 2. Dr. Suresh Kumar Poddar - Member 3. Sh. C. Rajasekhar - Member 4. Sh. Prateek Sharma, Vice-Chancellor, DTU, Delhi - Member 5. Secretary, Department of Technical Education, GNCT of Delhi - Member 6. Secretary, Department of Health, Govt. of NCT of Delhi - Member 7. Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi - Member Secretary (ex-officio) The term of the above committee shall be three years commencing from the date following this publication and the term of Chairperson shall be co-terminus with the term of the committee.
