No. 112/H&FW/2020/Council/DMC/Pt.file/250 -256.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section 3(b) of section 3 and sub section (1) of section 4 of the Delhi Medical Council Act, 1997 (Delhi Act 5 of 1997) read with section 45 D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Act, 2023, th e Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to make the amendments in notification of this Government issued vide Notification No. F.112/H&FW/2020/Council/DMC/2092 -98 dated the 08th October, 2020, namely: - Amendment: - In the said not ification, in the entry at serial no. 13 in column 2, for 'Dr. Saudan Singh -North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC)', ' Dr. Vinay Kumar Tiwari, Dean, North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College' shall be substituted. Subject to provisions of the a foresaid Act, the term of office of the above member shall be for the remaining period from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
