No. 508 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA SG-DL-E-30032024-253468 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART II—I] HIGH COURT OF DELHI: NEW DELHI NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th March, 2024 No. 24/Rules/DHC .— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 (Act 26 of 1966) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment s in Rule 2 sub -clause (c) and Rule 3 sub -clause (c) of Part C of Chapter 2 of Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules & Orders: - AMENDMENTS “I. The following shall be substituted for the existing Rule 2 sub -clause (c) of Part C of Chapter 2 of Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules & Orders : - 2(c) Copies of the pleadings or other documents, which were before the Judge from whose judgment the appeal is preferred. II. The following shall be substituted for the existing Rule 3 sub -clause (c) of Part C of Chapter 2 of Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules & Orders : - 3(c) Copies of the pleadings or other documents, which were before the Judge from whose judgment the appeal is preferred.” NOTE: THESE AMENDMENTS SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF THEIR PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE.
