The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, exercising powers under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 114 of The Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003 (Delhi Act No. 03 of 2004), read with the DCT Rules 2007 and Delhi Cooperative Tribunal Rules 2006, has appointed Sh. J.P. Agarwal, IAS (Retired), as a Member of the Delhi Co-operative Tribunal. This appointment, effective from the date he assumes office, is for a period of three years or until he attains the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. The notification, F. No. 47/Policy/RCS/2012/243/CD.000181973/461, issued on 23rd September, 2025, supersedes an earlier notification of even number dated 19th September, 2025. Other terms and conditions of Sh. J.P. Agarwal's appointment are as prescribed in the Delhi Co-operative Tribunal Rules, 2006.
