No. 50(46)/89/DC/Estt/Part File/309.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 59 and sub-rule (1) of rule 67-A read with clause (i) of rule 2 of the Drugs Rules, 1945, and in pursuance of Notification No. S.O. 689(E) dated 25th September, 1985 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Assistant Drugs Controller, Drugs Control Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, as the Licensing Authority for the purposes of Part VI and Part VI-A of the said Rules for the whole of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
