No. 61(1994)/POCSO Court Not ification/DD(CPU)/DWCD/2023 -24/15641 -74.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 25 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act 2005(4 of 2006) read with S.O. 92(E) dated the 15th January, 2008 of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and with concurrence of Hon’ble Chief Justice and Hon’ble Judges of High Court of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby designate the follow ing courts as Special Courts to deal with the cases filed by CBI , relating to trial of offences against children, under Section 28 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, in addition to their own work, namely :- 1.
