Ordinance 32 relating to ‘Code of Professional Ethics, Discipline, Penalty & Appeal Rules (Teaching Staff)notified
vide Notification No. IPV/JR (C)/ Ord.32/BOM 43/2012/487 dated 19.06.2012 and Ordinance 33 relating to ‘Code of
Conduct, Discipline, Penalty & Appeal Rules (Non -Teaching Staff)’notified vide notification no.
IPV/JR(C)/Ord.34/BOM 47/2011/377 dated 14.02.2012 and in pursuance of the provisions of Section 27 (2) of the
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act 1998 (Act 9 of 1998), the Board of Management of the Guru Gobind
Singh Indraprastha University in its 80th meeting held on 03.11.2023 vide resolution to agenda item no. 80.15
approved partial amendment/ clarifications in the following clauses of the notified Ordinances 32 and 33:

This revised Ordinance shall come into force with effect from the date of approval by the Board of Management i.e.
