No. 112 PART II-I GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI 4535 DG/2024 (1) HIGH COURT OF DELHI NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23th July, 2024 No. 65/Rules/DHC—In exercise of its powers under Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 and Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Delhi, with the prior approval of the Lt. Governor of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following amendment in "High Court of Delhi Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts 2021", which were notified vide Notification No. 348/Rules/DHC dated 26.10.2021, published in Delhi Gazette Extraordinary, Part II, Section-I, No. 05 (N.C.T.D. No. 231) dated 26.10.2021 :- The following Proviso shall be inserted after existing Rule 13.2 of Chapter IV of "High Court of Delhi Rules for Video Conferencing for Courts 2021" in the following manner :- "Provided that charges (as determined administratively from time to time) for using the video conferencing facilities, in terms of Rules 13.1 and 13.2 above, after office hours/holidays, shall also be borne by such party as mandated therein.” NOTE:—THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE.
