No. 1/10/2022 -Judl./Suptlaw/1376 -1383 .—In pursuance of the provisions of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended up to date, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Mr. Ashish Rastogi, as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service against p ermanent post in temporary capacity in order of merit on a probation period of two years w.e.f. the date he assume the charge of his office. 2. The above appointment is on purely provisional basis, and subject to the verification of character and anteceden ts of the candidate from the concerned authorities and verification of his caste certificate/PH category certificate, if applicable. If the verification reveals that the claim to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe category or Physically Handicapped category, as the case may be, is false, the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of false certificate. 3. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time. 4. The post carries the scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rs.131100 – 216600 in level 13A of matrix of 7th CPC Revised Corresponding Pay matrix and Pay Level plus allowances as admissible under the Rules .
