No. 13(228)/UD/MB/2018/CD-021482205/ 1101.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 read with Rule 4 of the Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby nominates the following persons for appointment to the Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Committee proposed to be constituted for the local authorities namely, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, the New Delhi Municipal Council and the Delhi Cantonment Board: 1. Shri Ajay Kumar Jain, DHJS (Retd.) - Chairperson; 2. Shri Vinay Kumar, IAS (Retd.) - Professional Member. 3. The nomination/appointment of one additional Professional Member, as required under Section 20 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 and Rule 4 of the Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017, shall be notified separately. 4. The Chairperson and Members shall be governed by the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 and the Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017, as amended from time to time. 5.
