Specifically, Order XV-A, titled "Striking Off Defence in a Suit by a Lessor," which was initially introduced vide Notification No. 324/Rules/DHC dated 12.11.2008, shall be re-numbered as Order VIII-A. The re-numbered Order VIII-A is to be placed after the existing Order VIII, which is titled "Written Statement, Set-off and Counter-claim." This amendment comes into force immediately upon its publication in the Delhi Gazette, within the Local Limits of the Jurisdiction of the High Court of Delhi. The notification was issued by order of the Court and signed by Arun Bhardwaj, Registrar General.
