No. 1(25)/DDMA(HQ)/DDMA-Rules/2013/PF-I/666.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub sections (1), (2) and (4) of Section 14 read with clause (s) of Section 2 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005), Ministry of Home Affairs, GoI, Notification dated 02nd September 2024, and in partial modification of notification No. F.1 (25)/ DDMA (HQ)/DDMA-RULES/2013/PF-1/330 dated 15/09/2022 read with sub-section (a) of Section 45 (D) of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and S.O.
