of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Competent Authority is pleased to appoint Sh. Akhand Pratap
Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the state before Ld. Trial Court as well as Hon'ble High
Court of Delhi in case FIR No. 166/2020 u/s 3/4 MCOC Act,, P.S. Crime Branch, New Delhi on the following fee
structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 25.03.2025:-
