No. 3 (16)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2024-25/DS-I/993.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 52 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi No. 52/2018-State Tax, dated the 02nd September, 2019 published in the Gazette of NCT of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, vide number F.3(21)/Fin. (Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/386 dated 02-09-2019, namely:- In the said notification, for the words "half per cent.", the figure and word "0.25 per cent." shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 10th day of July, 2024. By Order and in the Name of the Lt.
