No. ED3 (Misc. -19)/Lab -EI/2013/2669 -2682 dated 27th August, 2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(a) read with Section 10 of the Bombay Lift s Act, 1939 (Bombay Act No. X of 1939) as extended to National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to ‘confer’ the powers of ‘Inspector of Lifts’ upon the Deputy Electrical Inspectors and the A ssistant Electrical Inspectors working in the Labour Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi for the purpose of the said Act for the National Capital Territory of Delhi until further orders without any extra remuneration or benefit of pay.
