No. 297 GOVERNMENT OF INDIA SG-DL-E-22112023-250200 2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] LABOUR DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 21st November, 2023 F.No.F.1/31/1169/LC/Estt./2023/ 5762-5773. —In supersession of notification No.F.11 (99)/2005/Power/2508 dated 26th July, 2012 and notification No.F.11 (99)/2005/Power/3964 dated 8th January, 2013 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) read with Government of I ndia, Ministry of Home Affairs n otification No. U -11030 -2-2003 -UTI dated 20th February, 2004 and Ministry of Power, Government of India n otification dated 17th August, 2006 read with n otification dated 16th May, 2016, the Lt. Governor o f the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to ‘confer’ the powers of ‘Electrical Inspector’ for the purposes of exercising the statutory powers and performing the functions under Section 162 of the Electricity Act, 2003 upon Deputy Electrical Ins pectors and Assistant Electrical Inspectors of Labour Department, GNCT of Delhi, fulfilling the requisite qualifications and experience as laid down in the said notification dated 17th August, 2006 and notification dated 16th May, 2016 of Ministry of Power , Government of India, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi until further orders without any extra remuneration or benefit of pay .
