Therefore, now i n exercise of powers conferred under sub section (k) of Section 2 of the Delhi Industrial Development Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares the Kanjhaw ala Industrial Estate to be developed as Industrial area as per provisions of the D elhi Industrial Development Operation & Maintenance (DIDOM) Act, 2010.
