GUIDELINES FOR COMMUNITY SERVICES
F. No. 11/08/2024/HP-II/ Part File/1527-1535.—In relation to Section 4(f) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,
2023, and in exercise of the Powers conferred by relevant sections of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the
High Court of Judicature hereby makes the following guidelines for award of Community Services as punishment:—

These are guidelines. They are not intended to curtail the discretion of the Hon'ble Court in awarding any other mode
of community Service u/s 4 (f) of the BNS, 2023.
