By Preliminary Notification F. No. ADM/LAC/SE/2023/05/860 dated 21st December, 2023, the Office of District Magistrate (South-East) (Revenue Department), Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in exercise of powers under sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), read with Ministry of Home Affairs Notification S.O. 2740(E) dated 21st October, 2014 and S.O. 2014(E) dated 21.07.2015, notified that the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi had determined that a total of 1169.093 sq. mtrs. (0.1169093 hectares) of land in Khasra Nos. 221/2/1 and 221/2/3 of Nangli Razapur Village, Sub-Division Defence Colony, District South East, is required for the third phase of the project for construction of an Elevated Road over the Barapullah Nallah from Sarai Kale Khan to Mayur Vihar, New Delhi; the Social Impact Assessment was conducted by the Social Impact Assessment Unit, School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University, Delhi, and its report, submitted on 21/08/2023, found the land acquisition served a legitimate public purpose and that no family would be displaced; the Additional District Magistrate, South East Revenue District was appointed administrator for rehabilitation and resettlement; the notification lists 34 affected trees (including Bakayan, Neem, Teek, Shehtoot, Peepal and Sheesham varieties) and no structures on the land; under section 11(4) no land transactions are permitted without the Collector's prior approval, and objections may be filed within 60 days under section 15 before the Collector (South-East); signed by Isha Khosla, IAS, Collector (District South-East).

No. ADM/LAC/SE/2023/05/ 860.—In the exercise of the power conferred by sub -section (1) of section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 rend with Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No S.0. 2740 (e) dated 21 October, 2014, read with S.0 2014(E) dated 21.07.2015, it appears to Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, being the appropriate Government that in total 1169.093 Sq. Mtr s. (0.1169093 hectares) land is required in the Khasra No.221/2/1 and 221/2/3 of NangliRazapur Village of Sub -Division Defence Colony in District South East for public purpose, namely for the 3rd phase of the project, for construction of Elevated Road over the BarapullahaNallah starting from Sarai Kale Khan to MayurVihar, New Delhi. The Social Impact Assessment Study was carried out by Social Impact Assessment Unit, the School of Human Ecology, Ambedkar University , Delhi and Social Impact Assessment report was submitted on 21/08/2023. The summary of the Social Impact Assessment report/preliminary investigation is as follows: - As per recommendation of the Social Impact Assessment report , the requisition parcel land serves legitimate and bonafide public purpose and is bare minimum amount of land .There is no family likely to be displaced due to the proposed acquisition of land. पीपल 03 4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] No family is likely to be displaced due to the proposed acquisition of land. The land Plan and other details of the land to be acquired can be inspected by the interested person in the office of the District Collector, District (South East), Revenue Department, Government of NCT of Delhi and Chief Project Manager (Flyover) Public Works Department, Delhi on any working day during the working hours. The government is pleased to authorised Additional District Magistrate (South -East) and his staff to enter upon and survey land, take levels of any land, dig or bore into the sub -soil and do all other acts required for the proper execution of their work as provided and specified in section 12 of the said act.
