N o. 5(626)/Lit./LJ&LA/2022/11901 -11950 dated: 19.12.2023 .— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub -section (1) of section 24 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after consultation with the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following advocates as Additional P ublic Prosecutor for conducting any prosecution, appeal or other proceed ings in the High Court of Delhi till further orders: Sl. This appointment shall be subject to such terms and c onditions as may be prescribed from time to time. 3. The above appointment shall be subject to the condition that an undertaking is given by the above advocates that they would not accept brief in any Criminal matters where the State’s interest is involved, except those entrusted to them as State panel lawyer.
